How he works
- Evidence-based medicine: every recommendation starts from the best available evidence, combined with surgical experience and each patient's circumstances.
- No excess: no test or surgery for convenience. If it does not change the outcome, it is not done.
- Transparency: patients hear what the evidence shows, including when the best course is to wait or not to operate.
- A complete consultation: clinical assessment and Doppler in the same visit, so the plan is set at the first appointment.
